KRIKKE’S
ROOF

We designed a roof terrace for the entertaining Dutch DJ, Bram Krikke: Krikke’s Roof.

Bram Krikke, DJ at Q-music, is known to a large audience for his funny videos on social media. Bram also reached the finals of De Slimste Mens, participated in the music entertainment programme Maestro and was nominated for the Gouden Radioring 2023 in the category Best Presenter. Because of his busy schedule, Bram’s need for a green roof terrace grew. A nice place where he could receive friends and relax in the shade. Green all around, but maintaining the beautiful view, that was Bram’s wish.

The roof terrace, then bare and empty, underwent a complete metamorphosis. The result is a roof terrace with a custom-made pergola overgrown with flowering plants. In the middle of the decking, a runner of decking parts was laid, topped by a custom-made table. Planters include fig trees, ornamental grasses and other grasses. Durable materials and timeless, calm colours were chosen.
