Ambassador Laetitia van den Assum and Richard Deverell, director of Royal Botanical Gardens, recently revealed the tulip mosaic ‘Flags of Liberty’ in Kew Gardens, London. It is a commemoration of the liberation of the Netherlands by the British and allied forces. One of the persons who was present was Andrew Fisher Tomlin.
